Why We Built This Site
Indiana makes many nonconfidential court records public, but finding the office with authority over a warrant still takes care. White Superior Court handles the county's criminal, misdemeanor, infraction, and ordinance cases. The White County Clerk keeps the court record, while the Sheriff's Office serves warrants and handles custody questions. MyCase can locate a public docket, yet it is not a warrant database. We bring those roles, official links, contact details, and request steps together so a personal warrant check starts with the right source and ends with direct confirmation.
What You Will Find Here
- Personal checks: how to run a warrant check with MyCase, the Clerk, and the Sheriff's Office
- Active records: how to interpret an active warrant search without treating an empty web page as proof
- Missed appearances: how a bench warrant lookup connects to the issuing court
- Arrest process: how arrest warrants are issued and served in White County
- Resolution: why bond, recall, surrender, and new hearing instructions must come from the court, sheriff, or an attorney
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or White County Sheriff's Office can confirm whether a warrant exists or has been served, recalled, or cleared. We provide routes to those official sources, but cannot supply the official answer.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this free resource. We do not control those providers, and their results never replace confirmation from White County Superior Court, the Clerk, or the Sheriff's Office.
